HOW IT WORKS

CalmLab is our calm room for schools. We set up calm spaces with easy edtech tools and hands-on activities.
These help kids reset when they feel upset or stressed, before problems grow bigger.

OUR IMPACT

Helping kids since 2012
For over 10 years, Art Over Destruction has helped kids in schools and communities.
Each year, AOD supports 1,000–5,000 students with calm tools, art, and simple ways to handle stress.
That means tens of thousands of kids helped over time.

REAL WORLD READY™ (Grades 9–12)
High-Value Free Learning Tool

Real World Ready™ is a free guide for high school students.
It teaches teens how money works, how to make smart choices, and how to handle real life after graduation.
Built with real student input and feedback. This guide was shaped by what real students said they needed help with.
So it’s useful, simple, and made for real life — not textbooks.
Used by Utah youth programs.
Each module takes 15–20 minutes.
This is the kind of guide schools usually have to pay for.
AOD gives it away for free to help students start adult life with an edge.
Teachers can use it in class.
Students can use it on their own.
Parents can use it at home.
